About
Hey, I’m Jordan!
Hi, I’m Jordan—the heart and hands behind For Honey Florals. This dream first bloomed during a quiet moment while rocking my newborn son to sleep. I realized just how fleeting those early days would be… and it inspired me to finally step into a long-held dream: to create natural, garden-style florals that celebrate life’s sweetest seasons while allowing me to remain present with my own family.
“For Honey” is named after the two people I call honey—my husband, Matt, and our son, Des. They are the why behind my work and the inspiration for building a creative life that feels both meaningful and connected to home.

“For Honey” is named after the two people I call honey—my husband Matt, and our son, Desmond.
Before becoming a full-time floral designer, I worked as a nurse—so attention to detail, steady hands, and caring deeply come naturally to me. Those qualities have shaped my design approach just as much as the garden itself.
Every arrangement I create is meant to feel organic, inviting, and thoughtfully gathered, like something you might find blooming in your own backyard. My goal is always the same: to bring warmth, beauty, and a little breath of nature into the moments that matter most.
When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me outdoors—gardening, walking with Des, or soaking up the fresh air. I love slow mornings with coffee and good conversation, binge-worthy K-dramas, and the occasional home renovation show (okay… more than occasional).
I’m 25% Swedish, so “hygge” is woven into everything I love: cozy spaces, soft lighting, intentional moments, and a sense of calm. I’ve even visited Sweden—highly recommend if you ever get the chance!
Though Indianapolis is home now, I grew up in Fort Wayne and spent a season living in Memphis, a place that still holds a little piece of my heart. And if you’re curious—my favorite flower is the Casa Blanca Lily. It was a focal bloom in my mother’s wedding bouquet and again in mine—timeless, elegant, and full of meaning.
